We support our talented people in their job search, such as writing resumes and cover letters, coaching them through interviews, and counseling them through the entire application and hiring process.

We partner with various employers, from small businesses to large corporations, to identify job openings and match qualified candidates with these opportunities.

We advocate for inclusive hiring practices and raise our client’s awareness of the value of diversity in the workplace.

Our business is social at the core, and its impact-oriented activities can be seen on many levels and we hope you see them as a motivation to take over our case, to mention only a few:

First, 2 of our founding team came to Germany as refugees and have been quite active in the social upskilling scene for refugees in Germany and the Middle East. Also, our third founder has worked in the social business world for most of his professional life and has executed several social business projects worldwide. We truly believe that our backgrounds are the main motive behind the business we want to build and the change we want to bring to this target group and to Germany.

Second, and based on the above and the inner beliefs we have, our business is aimed at solving several issues at once:

  • First, the business aims to improve the opportunities of refugees and migrants in Germany by landing them decent jobs and helping them upskill when necessary. 
  • Second, the business can be seen as a potential solution not only to humanitarian challenges but also to economic ones. By providing fair chances for talented refugees and migrants (both in recruitment and upskilling), we will contribute to bridging the labor market shortage in Germany in the tech sector and beyond. 
  • Third, our business can be a huge source of bringing more diversity and inclusion to Germany’s labor market and society. These diversity and inclusion-oriented activities will have long-lasting positive effects on the involved communities, culture, economy, and society altogether.

Co-Founding team

In 2023, Careery was founded by Ehab Badwi, Ahmad Mobaiyed, and Lukas Posegga with the objective of enhancing the employment opportunities for refugees and migrants in Germany by finding them suitable jobs and providing necessary upskilling support. The company’s mission goes beyond addressing humanitarian concerns as it also aims to address the labor market shortage in the tech sector and other industries by offering fair opportunities for skilled refugees and migrants in recruitment and upskilling.
